We are extremely proud to be recognised four times in seven years (2004, 2006, 2007 and again in 2008) by the Green Apple Organisation and to win an award in its Farming and Agricultural sector.
The Green Apple Environment Awards was set up 10 years ago to recognise companies and products that adopt an eco-friendly approach to their business and 'set environmental standards for others to follow'.
Verm-X joins international winners such as Jaguar, Toyota, County Councils and global industries. The awards have been presented by key figures in Parliement and those who represent the fight for sustainable development such as the Rt. Hon. Patricia Hewitt MP and Mr David Bellamy.
Owner of Verm-X Philip Ghazala says:'It is a great honour to be recognised in this way by the British Government and it underlines what we stand for and proves to all animal and pet owners that Verm-X has a serious place in the management of animal welfare'.
In October 2008 Verm-X also became owners of the Somerset Chamber of Commace Business of the Year.
